Terms & Conditions of Use and Service
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions of Use and Service govern access to and use of the Varielio website and purchases made through our website.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to anyone who visits our website or uses our services, including visitors and customers.
Certain features, products or services may be subject to additional terms. Where specific terms apply to a particular product or service, those terms will apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
In particular, you must not:
use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes;
transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, servers or related systems;
collect personal information belonging to other users without authorisation;
copy, reproduce or commercially exploit website content without authorisation;
interfere with the operation, security or performance of the website;
provide false or misleading information when placing an order.
We may restrict or suspend access to our website where reasonably necessary in response to fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use or a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Conditions of Purchase
To place an order, you must have the legal capacity required to enter into a contract.
If you place an order on behalf of another person or a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act on their behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, including your name, delivery address, e-mail address and telephone number.
5. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display product characteristics, images, dimensions, colours and descriptions accurately.
However, colours may appear differently depending on the screen or device being used. Minor differences in colour or presentation do not necessarily mean that a product is faulty or not as described.
Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. The essential product characteristics applicable to your purchase are those displayed on the relevant product page when you place your order.
6. Prices
Prices displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP/£) and include applicable taxes where required, unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable delivery charges or other costs will be displayed before you confirm your order.
We may change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where permitted by law in relation to an obvious pricing error.
7. Product Availability
Products are offered subject to availability.
Adding a product to your basket does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may, depending on the circumstances:
offer a substitute product with your agreement;
cancel the affected item;
or issue an appropriate refund.
8. Ordering Process
Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review the selected products, quantities, prices, applicable charges and the information you have provided.
The ordering process generally involves:
reviewing and confirming the contents of your basket;
accepting the applicable terms;
confirming your obligation to pay;
authorisation of your payment;
receiving confirmation relating to your order.
An automated acknowledgement that we have received your order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. We may be unable to accept an order in circumstances such as suspected fraud, product unavailability, an obvious pricing or description error, or where we are otherwise unable to fulfil the order.
9. Refusing or Cancelling an Order
We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where we have a legitimate reason to do so, including:
product unavailability;
an obvious error in the price or product description;
a failed or declined payment;
incomplete or incorrect delivery information;
reasonable suspicion of fraud;
abuse of a promotional offer;
unusually large quantities that reasonably indicate misuse or an error.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by Varielio, the relevant amount will be refunded using the original payment method, unless another method is agreed where permitted.
10. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. Payments may be processed by specialist third-party payment providers in accordance with their applicable terms.
If a payment is declined, cancelled or identified as potentially fraudulent, the order may be suspended or cancelled.
Varielio does not directly store complete payment card details.
11. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, tracked delivery is generally estimated to take 2–5 business days. These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, public holidays, weather conditions or periods of high order volume.
Shipping is free for all orders over £30.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
12. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Varielio cannot guarantee that a delivery address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched. Where permitted by law, additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible address may be charged to the customer where the customer is responsible for the error.
13. Transfer of Risk
For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession or the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive them, subject to any exceptions provided by applicable UK consumer law.
14. Statutory Right to Cancel
For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that they wish to cancel the contract, subject to exceptions under applicable UK consumer law.
You should clearly communicate your decision to cancel before the applicable cancellation period expires.
After notifying us of your cancellation, the goods must generally be returned within a further 14 days.
Complete information regarding the return procedure, applicable exclusions and refunds is provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
15. Voluntary 60-Day Return Policy
In addition to applicable statutory cancellation and consumer rights, Varielio allows customers to request a return within 60 days after receiving the product, provided that the eligibility requirements set out in our Return & Refund Policy are satisfied.
Our voluntary return policy does not restrict or replace your statutory consumer rights.
16. Exceptions to Cancellation Rights
Where provided by applicable law, statutory cancellation rights may not apply to certain goods or services, including:
goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
certain digital content where supply has begun after the required consent and acknowledgement;
other goods or services expressly excluded under applicable UK consumer law.
Where relevant, applicable restrictions or exclusions will be communicated as required by law.
17. Statutory Consumer Rights
Consumers are entitled to statutory rights under applicable United Kingdom consumer protection law.
Goods supplied must meet applicable legal requirements, including requirements concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with their description where those requirements apply.
Any commercial guarantee or voluntary warranty offered by Varielio is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18. Returns and Refunds
To request a return, contact contact@varielio.shop before sending the product back.
Return eligibility requirements, return shipping costs, exclusions, inspection procedures and refund information are described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Where a refund is due, it will normally be issued using the payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law.
19. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes:
are valid for the stated period;
may be subject to specific conditions;
may not be combined with other offers;
generally cannot be exchanged for cash;
may be limited to one use per customer or order.
We may reject or cancel the use of a promotional code that has been obtained or used fraudulently or contrary to the applicable promotional conditions.
20. Customer Accounts
Certain website features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
the accuracy of information provided through your account;
maintaining the confidentiality of your password;
activities conducted through your account where legally attributable to you.
Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend accounts that are reasonably suspected of being used fraudulently or in material violation of these Terms & Conditions.
21. Reviews and User-Submitted Content
When you submit a review, photograph, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit that content.
You must not submit content that:
is unlawful, offensive, misleading or discriminatory;
infringes the rights of another person;
contains another person's personal information without appropriate authorisation;
contains malware or fraudulent links.
To the extent permitted by law, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to use content you voluntarily submit for the purpose of operating, presenting and promoting our services. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
22. Intellectual Property
The website and its elements, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, layouts and software, may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No protected content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold or commercially exploited without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.
23. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain services, tools or links provided or operated by third parties.
We do not necessarily control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Before using a third-party service, you should review its applicable terms and policies.
24. Shopify
Our online store is hosted using Shopify, which provides technical infrastructure used to display and sell our products.
The use of certain functionality may involve technical processing by Shopify or applications integrated with our store.
25. Accuracy of Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep information on our website accurate and up to date.
However, typographical errors, omissions or inaccuracies may occur. We may correct errors and update information, subject to applicable consumer rights and legal requirements.
26. Availability of the Service
We do not guarantee that our website will always be available without interruption or errors.
We may temporarily suspend certain functionality for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances reasonably outside our control.
This does not affect our obligations in relation to orders that have already been accepted.
27. Liability
Varielio is responsible for performing its obligations in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for losses caused by:
improper or unauthorised use of a product;
failure to follow instructions supplied with a product;
incorrect information supplied by the customer;
unlawful or abusive use of our website;
events reasonably outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
28. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events reasonably outside our control to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If such an event prevents us from fulfilling an order, customers will retain any remedies available to them under applicable law.
29. Personal Information
Our processing of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you acknowledge that you have been provided with access to that policy. Where consent is legally required for a particular processing activity, it will be requested separately.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable law.
The terms applicable to an order will generally be those in effect when the relevant contract was formed. Subsequent changes will not retrospectively alter an existing consumer contract except where permitted or required by law.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
32. No Waiver
If we do not immediately exercise or enforce a right available under these Terms & Conditions, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived that right.
33. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are a consumer residing in another part of the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction, you may retain mandatory rights and protections available to you under applicable law.
34. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you have a problem with an order, product or our services, please contact our customer service team first:
E-mail: contact@varielio.shop
Telephone: +44 7700 135707
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate your complaint and seek an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents a consumer from exercising any right to bring proceedings before a competent court or using an applicable alternative dispute resolution procedure where available.
35. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the policies and other terms expressly referred to in them, set out the terms applicable to the use of our website and services offered by Varielio.
They do not replace any mandatory pre-contract information or specific product or service conditions that must be provided before an order is placed.
